Replacing the 3 – 180 ton chillers in the Central Plant serving Hawaii State Hospital’s Lower Campus

This  project involved the replacement of three (3) centrifugal chillers with three (3) new 180-ton screw chillers with variable speed drives to serve the lower campus of the hospital. Also, replaced the chilled water and condenser water  pumps, water treatment system and added a direct digital control system (DDC)  to the chiller plant. Added a four (4) ton fan coil unit for the chiller room.
