Construction of a new overpass and interchange, extending Wakea Road from the Kapolei side to the Wet 'n' Wild Hawaii side of the freeway. Work includes Portland Cement Concrete Pavement, installation of drainage system, relocation of water, electrical, telephone and television cable lines.
