Conversion of the Ocean Tower at the Hilton Waikoloa Village

Conversion of the Ocean Tower at the Hilton Waikoloa Village from hotel guest rooms to timeshare units involved a lot more than just room renovations. It was a multifaceted undertaking requiring planning permits, subdivision and zoning review, along with design of improvements to the hotel grounds. Design services addressed infill of the former Palm Terrace Restaurant pond, vehicular and pedestrian access improvements around the tower, and improvements on the tower interior integrated with the new lobby’s architectural design.
