Program Management Services including design and construction management of energy neutral structures for the Office of Naval Research (ONR) at various locations in Hawaii including the Volcano National Park, Kawaikini New Century Public Charter School in Kauai, Ilima Intermediate School, Variety School, and the Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) in Oahu. The structures are designed to be modular miniature and LEED Silver certified. The ONR will be performing research and data collection on the structures related to environmental, material, and functionality.
