Construction Management Services for the construction of a six-story, 74,000sf information technology center for the University of Hawaii at Manoa upper campus. The building consists of a reinforced concrete core and columns with precast concrete planks and tees with poured-in-place topping slabs. The structure is clad with an aluminum and glass window wall system on the exterior. On the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th floors, an exterior sun shade system and catwalk help to block direct sunlight and solar heat gain from penetrating into the building. Outdoor lanais and landscaped roofs step up the east facade on the 4th, 5th, and 6th levels. A steel and glass canopy shelter over the main entrance as well as a pedestrian landscaped walkway with benched seating will be installed along the East side of the site.
