Architectural/Engineering Design and Construction Management Services for the US Department of Agriculture’s new facility at the Honolulu International Airport, to maximize overall efficiency in satisfying the Animal Plant Health Inspection Service’s (APHIS) requirements. The former Bank of Hawaii building within the Honolulu International Airport’s property was selected as APHIS’s new hub of operation. APHIS’s new facility included various spaces for inspector’s offices, administrative areas, separate conference, training, and break rooms, and an exercise room and associated locker/shower facility.
